Recycling Machines and Installations

The first shredding plant operating in Bulgaria supplied by the Italian firm Bonfiglioli (capacity: 6 t/h). Later it was replaces by the most modern shredding plant in East Europe for treatment of decommissioned vehicles and vehicle parts. The new installation is produced by the German firm Lindemann and it has capacity of 40 t/h.

    Martin Choy – Ecometal Racing Team’s competitor, won the last (IV) round of The Bulgarian National Motorcycling Championship which took place on 8th August 2010 in Dolna Mitropolia (near Pleven).     Ecometal Engineering was awarded with the special prize “Ecological company № 1 in Bulgaria in the field of recycling”. It was part of the traditional national competition “Car Of The Year”, which took place in December 2009 and was organized by Press Auto Club Bulgaria. The award was given about the company’s work on treatment and recycling of decommissioned vehicles.

Ecometal Racing Team Became The Team Winner


     Martin Choy - Ecometal Racing Team's competitor, won the last (IV) round of The Bulgarian National Motorcycling Championship which took place on 8th August 2010 in Dolna Mitropolia (near Pleven). There were no surprises. Choy started from the pole position (as he had the best time in the qualifying races) and was leading all the time. In front of 6 000 spectators he proved one more time that he's unbeatable in his class - Superstock 1000 cc.


     Choy had already ensured his national champion title by winning the third round of the championship a week before. He commented then: "I was leading all the time. Thanks to my sponsors Ecometal Engineering Ltd. I had new tyres. That's really important for every competition..."


     Choy won the first place in the all (4) rounds of The 2010 National Championship and Ecometal Racing Team was the team winner.

     A round of The Supermoto European Cup was held parallel to the final round of The Road Racing National Championship. The competitions were organized in memory of longtime President of the Grand Prix Organizing Committee Dimitar Kalchev and they gathered this week a total of about 120 riders.
